By accessing or using Solana Console ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Solana Console is a non-custodial dashboard. We never hold, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. All transaction signing is performed entirely within your own wallet extension (e.g. Phantom, Solflare, Ledger). We cannot move, freeze, or access your funds under any circumstances.
The Service provides informational data only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Staking yields, token prices, and other data are displayed for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a basis for any financial decision. Always do your own research.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all transaction details before signing in your wallet. This includes confirming the recipient address, amount, fees, and any program instructions. Once a transaction is signed and submitted to the Solana blockchain, it is irreversible.
You use the Service entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any losses resulting from software bugs, incorrect or stale data, RPC endpoint failures, blockchain network issues, validator performance, or any other interaction with the Solana blockchain facilitated through this Service.
The Service relies on third-party APIs and infrastructure including Solana RPC endpoints, CoinGecko, and Jupiter. We do not control the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these services and are not responsible for any issues arising from their use. Each third-party service is subject to its own terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators and contributors of Solana Console shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
